Return Policy

At Irfan Jewellers, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We ensure that every jewellery piece is crafted with care and delivered in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of jewellery products, our return policy is limited to the following terms.
1. No Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds once a product has been sold.
2. Exchange Only
Items can only be exchanged within 7 days of purchase (for in-store purchases) or within 7 days of delivery (for online orders).
3. Conditions for Exchange

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

The original receipt or invoice must be provided.

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery is not eligible for exchange.

Jewellery that has been altered or repaired by a third party cannot be exchanged.
4. Exchange Value

Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or higher value. Any difference in price must be paid by the customer.

If the new item is of lower value, the balance will not be refunded but may be adjusted as store credit at management’s discretion.

For gold jewellery, the prevailing market rate and applicable making charges will be considered at the time of exchange.
5. Online Orders

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is defective or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.

We recommend using insured shipping for returned items.
6. Quality Check
All returned items will be inspected by our experts before approval of exchange. Irfan Jewellers reserves the right to reject an exchange if the product does not meet the required conditions.
